3. REFUND
Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund the full purchase price within 5–7 business days.

WHAT IS REQUIRED:

✓ Original packaging must be present
✓ Barely or not used at all
✓ Original invoice / order confirmation

EXAMPLES:

✓ "Used it twice and it doesn't agree with me" = OK
✓ "Doesn't work as expected" = OK
✓ "Bought a different scent" = OK
